Wall Slide Exercise

by Dr. Wendy Schauer, D.C., R.K.C. on April 13, 2012

In my last post I described the wall slide exercise for upper/middle back strength.  This is the first exercise I give people to start strengthing their back to counteract computer posture.  Michael Walker at www.thornesmithblog.com requested more information about this exercise.  Here is a video demonstration.
